Sykes Seafood

Founded over 160 years ago, Sykes Seafood has grown into one of the UK's most trusted seafood specialists, known for high-quality frozen seafood with particular expertise in warm-water and coldwater prawns. Built on long-standing partnerships and strict traceability from catch to customer, the business works closely with certifications including MSC, ASC, and Global GAP to ensure responsible sourcing at every stage. With a deep respect for the oceans and the communities behind every catch, Sykes is committed to delivering exceptional seafood while protecting the future of marine life.

JCS Fish

JCS Fish is owned and run by two generations of the Coulbeck family. Husband and wife team, Andrew and Louise, started the company in 2000, building on Andrew's long experience in the salmon business. The family team now includes son Jack and his fiancé, Rosie. From small beginnings, JCS have grown rapidly and today produce a comprehensive range of fresh, frozen and smoked salmon and trout products. In their BRC accredited factory at Grimsby docks, JCS process head-on, gutted fish which arrive daily from carefully-selected Scottish and Scandinavian suppliers. From there, the team are fully equipped to produce fish in every conceivable format, from boneless fillets, steaks and portions to added value products such as flavoured fillets and smoked.
